Hello, my name is Carlene Hooks. As long as I can remember I have loved all things creative from planning parties, graphic design, sewing, baking and decorating creative details intrigue me. After high school I had the privilege of working as a administrative assis-tant at an event center in Canada. During my time there, I had many opportunities to coordinate and organize event details and help with event set-up and clean-up. The experience developed my love for organizing details and serving others.
About six years ago I moved back home to South Carolina and got asked to organize a social event. Following the event a friend approached my about coordinating her wedding. I agreed to try and loved the experience. Thus starting my wedding and event coordinating hobby.
After coordinating various weddings, by myself. This past March I had the privilege of planning my very own wedding and marring my own Prince Charming. Following our wedding my husband encouraged me to continue my coordinating hobby and even agreed to become my assistant. We enjoy the unique opportunity to serve as a couple and help other couples coordinate their big day.
We both share a love for making new friends, travel, and serving others. It is our passion to serve Christ by serving others, and while making sure each bride and groom have a special and organized wedding day.
Our ultimate goal is to hear what the bride and groom envision for their special day, and to then coordinate their day in such a way as to make their dreams become a reality. We also love sharing with couples the tips, and resources we have collected or found helpful in organizing and planning for the wedding day. Bride’s are invited to choose from a basic day of wedding service package to full service set-up package. Prices are based on the services provided and travel costs involved.
